Default 7520: Yahoo messenger, won't run

Please Login to Remove!

I'm having a problem getting Yahoo messenger to run on my 7520.
(I have Blackberry messenger also, and that works fine)

I already have a Yahoo messenger account and have been using that on my PC for quite a while. I installed the applicatoin on the BB, and entered the sign in info. But when I try to sign in, I get the following error:
"Please visit www.blackberry.com/go/yahoo to activate your handheld for Yahoo! Messenger."
But when I go there, either from the Blackberry browser, or from a PC, all it has is the same application download link I used to install in the first place!

I'm caught in an endless loop. Is there any way out of this?
Thanks

TD

Default re

some people did not get provisioned properly.

Check for the yahoo servicebook in options/servicebook, it is easily identifiable as it has "yahoo" as part of the name.

if you don't see it there, i suggest to call your carrier.
