Question 8120 4.5.0.93 No HTML Email?

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys, I recently downloaded and installed 4.5.0.93. I found it through *********. Anyway, I was reading on BlackBerryFAQ.com that OS 4.5 supports HTML Email as long as you have BIS 2.5. T-Mobile does to my understanding... but as of yet I cannot get it to display html emails even though the options are set correctly to automatically download pictures etc..

Is my problem that I am using .93 or is it something else that I don't understand?

Any Ideas?

P.S. So far .93 seems to be working great, other than html email (maybe?)

Pull the battery out of the BB, then re-send the service books and check in the email options to see if there is a section for html.

Follow the steps Zerog46 posted. You need to resend the service books once you've upgraded to receive HTML email.

Furthermore, only mail from this point forward will be HTML, all mail currently on the device will not show as HTML.
