Hello all I was wondering if someone could help me with this.

We had to install a new exchange server at our remote office. There are only 2 users on that server that have blackberrys. We have the SBE of BES so only 15 users. On the BES it shows the new server under mail server but those 2 users are not getting emails on their devices. It shows last message sent was 10-7 when we moved the mailboxes to the new server.

What do I need to change on BES to make mail go to the device?

No, but the BESAdmin account needs access to the new server.

Check your permissions on the BESadmin account.
