Hi,

I want to know if i can change the time of syncronysation please and if is YES where is in the BES. ( When a delete a mail on my BB its take about 10 minutes to do the syncronysation )

I have check in my BES so i have seen nothing.

Not a BES expert here but I don't believe it's possible to change the time it takes to purge the deleted mail. I could be wrong but I believe you are only able to change whether or not it actually deletes the mail from the mailbox or leave it. The lag time is just the apparent time it's taking to communicate from BES to mailbox.

Again I could be wrong on this so if so please will a BES expert correct me. Thanks.

ok thx for the information so can i change the time for when i read a message on my blackberry is take over 10 minutes too to do the change on my exchange mailbox ??

Again, Im not an expert on the matter so I could be wrong on this as well but I don't think you can change the time on that either. I think there might be a setting to be able to leave messages 'unread' on the mailbox though.

You cannot change the wireless message reconciliation internval.

For devices based on Java, wireless message reconciliation is automatically performed every three to five minutes, or when the number of items to be reconciled reaches 100. If the device is idle, reconciliation occurs at random intervals.
