what i am thinking is just because the BB is connect via the BES server doesnt make it apart of the network, its just attached to the BES server for email....

According to what i've been researching, the Blackberry Browser uses the MDS service from the BES server, and all web traffic is routed through the BES server, giving you
intranet access as well.
