4.5.0.77 works great imo. Way better then 4.5.0.33. Just read these forums and get as much info as possible before you try and upgrade.

I already upgraded to .77 over the labor day weekend. Best decision I made. it works fine. I don't have any issues and I love the voice notes, the HTML email and the docs to go.

Now I just wish I could have MMS on my 8830.

What version of Desktop Manager are you using with your BB8830 and BB OS 4.5.077? I upgraded from OS version 4.5.051 and I am using BB DM 4.50.15 Each time I opt to update my BB my Documents to Go gets downgraded from the version that you download when going into Doc's to Go and choosing to update back to the orginal Doc's to Go version that comes with BB OD 4.5 and higher? Also my phone won't ring and or Vibrate and all of ringtones and the vibrate option are now gone?

Any ideas or suggestions

Thanks. I finally figured out that the net_rim_bb_medialoader_8830 file that had to be renamed had to be placed into the .077 Java folder and not the 8830-v4.5.0.77P3.2.051 folder itself.
