Me three: as well, I now cannot access the BB Configuration page off of my.t-mobile.com. Just forwards me to the main TMO web page.

And things were looking so....headed in the right direction.

I'm not sure POP supports the "mark as read" functionality (I forget). I know POP supports delete.

On the other hand, IMAP supports both. I am using my BlackBerry with my personal IMAP account. Messages marked as read/opened on m BlackBerry also show as read/opened on my PC (or the web interface to my mail server) and when I delete from "mailbox and handheld" it goes into the deleted box in both locations. As I said before, I hate the fact there is a delay, but I'd rather have a delay than give up this feature.

But, the copy I sent to the tmo address hasn't come through to the BB and the copy that was received in the IMAP account hasn't been forwarded either. So - outgoing mail seems OK, but nothing incoming.

You should still be able to access it on the BlackBerry. With the "Set Up E-mail" icon.

My webaccess isn't working at all either, since Sunday evening.

Yahoo! mail has been working great for me up until last evening. Gmail worked too but had about a 10 minute delay... it also stopped working last night. Earthlink mail had a 1-3 minute delay and it stopped working last night.

Just got off with customer support (which is great since if you hold for more than 15 minutes, it auto hangs up on you).....all incoming service is down, outgoing should work. Currently, offering 50 bonus minutes or $5 for your inconvienence on the downtime.

No need to redownload service books or anything....when they fix, everything should work. No current estimate on fix.

I don't know personally if it supports it or not.

But I know thats the behavior it's showing right now. If I read it on BB, then my Outlook doesn't download it, even when I don't delete it at all.

But I see Tmo has admitted a problem, so Ill stick it out to see what happens.

Any one having problems with attachments? When I go to retrieve I get the clock next to the download option, but the attachment never comes... It's a POP account. It always worked fine with the old system.

FWIW, my wife's BlackBerry service appears to have been smoothly migrated.

This is beyond annoying - enought to make me look into the current UAL offer for a free Treo. Still no mail, as reported by others. Even as I type, I am now in telephone hold purgatory, going on 20 minutes - but want at least that $5.00 that others have reported being offered. They'd better get this fixed soon!

Here's what I was told last night (after receiving a $5 credit and 50 bonus minutes).

They know about the issue and have an open ticket on it. They expect the problem to be solved soon, but don't have an exact time-frame on it yet.

Let's just hope they resolve this quicker than it took them to resolve the rebooting device issue!

The worst part to me is the fact that they took away our BWC access, so now we're just SOL if we happen to not be getting our emails. That would be like making voicemail only accessable from your mobile device....seems to be a HUGE oversight on their part.

I have called twice; and both times the wait was >20 minutes. Both times the rep lied and said that this was a worldwide outage and that RIM was to blame. I can not possibly imagine what breaks that makes a service this important be down for over 12 hours.

If a link goes down, you move to the backup, if a box goes down, you move to the spare. Anything else that delays this is just shoddy planning and probably has to do with the migration this weekend.

it took me 30 mins to get through last night....the person in wireless data told me that it was in fact a bug in the upgrade they did....seems like their planning was about as good as their relay of information about it.
