Default 8830 e-mail and SMS messages disappearing.

Please Login to Remove!

Our Setup:

Exchange 2003
BES 4.1
Outlook 2007

One of our users is experiencing an oddity with their 8830. All of his e-mail for the month of August has disappeared from his 8830, but still exists in his Outlook Inbox. Several of the previous months have also had a lot of the messages disappearing from his 8830 even though they still exist in Outlook. SMS messages are also disappearing from his 8830.

He is the only user who has brought this to my attention.

I'm a fairly new... ok I am a new BES admin, so any help is appreciated.

Regards,

That will only help if the user puts music, pictures, and movies on the device.

Otherwise it won't really help out in this issue as you cannot store messages and or 3rd party apps on the microSD card.
