Hi,

Is there a way to set up a specific alert for what I consider as important emails?
I have 3 email accounts with BIS, I'd like that some emails from one of them beep differently than the usual emails. That way I know there's something important going on. Is this possible? And if it is, I suppose I can do the same for calls and/or SMS?
The only thing I found so far through the forums is AlertMatrix but 35$ is too much for doing that...

It's more like having a specific ringtone only for emails containing , for example. I didn't manage to do that through my profiles.
However, there is an option called important in "edit profiles" but I don't know what it does.

Ricpac's second link has the exact instructions that you're looking for. Follow them to the letter or you won't get the profile exception set up properly.
