I recently upgraded my 8300's os to (.81) and now i can't backup my phone. It seems to stop when its backing up "Smart Card Options". Anyone have any idea what's going on?

If you haven't formatted your media card since your latest upgrade, you should. There are some known issues with 4.5.x.x.

i'm running DM 4.5. I just reformatted my media card, and still no go. It stops backing up at "Time Zones" now for what it's worth. I've never had any problems backing up my phone before.

I had problems backing up since upgrading and now I have to clear the browser cache to ensure a successful backup. Try that.

I am unable to synchronize after upgraded to OS 4.5. I am using DM 4.6. system gives the following attached message. Please help
