just upgraded to OS 4.5.55...bb weather seems to be the only software i'm having right issues with right now...my error msg: "Invalid URL parameter"...i've also uninstall via DM 4.5 and reintalled Weatherman's link via OTA, and follow the correct setup in setting up the profiles...
i've also done the battery thing as well...

my tcp settings are:

username for APN:
password for APN: (there's actually a pw but its asterisked-out *******, i dont know what the original pw that i put in, argh)

I got that message when I recently installed my BB Weather but I will be damned if I remember what I did to fix it. Did you enter the zip code?

i entered the asp.net resource codes, profile is set up...

hmmm, i disable MDS proxy and deleted all the profiles except for my home city, and it seems to work fine now...

i wonder if it's multiple profiles or just the proxy issue...

I was getting that error last time I upgraded and disabling MDS fixed it.

I also had to reenter all of my configuration data when I upgraded. The only reason I know this error was caused by MDS is that when I got to the option while setting everything back up I got curious to see what might happen on the new OS if I didn't disable it and got exactly that error - then disabled it and things started working...

MDS Proxy is for BES users only. If you're not on a BES then you need to disable it by checking the box.
