Personally I don't, but almost exclusively because I am now addicted to my Bluetooth car kit and headset. I administer BES for about 90 users currently (among other things - thank God the BES basically administers itself), and we have about a 35 to 40 percent uptake rate on using the BB as a phone (we give everyone the option). Those that use it will never say it's a great phone, but that the integration with their contact list and being able to carry one device are the things that compelled them to use the bberry as a phone.
I think the phone section will continue to get better, and with the introduction of more Blackberry Connect devices (SE P900, Mot MPx etc), more and more people will choose to carry one device...
