Question Verizon theme

Does anyone know where I can find any themes that are like the Verizon wireless one where there are 5 icons on the bottom of the screen? All I have been able to find are the ones with 5 icons on the side.

its called bottom theme and there are a few out there but not many. You can always change the background picture and have a different look to it.
