I just upgraded my 8700 to a 9780 and I am having some trouble. I recently created many inbox subfolders in my Outlook 2007 and they are not viewable on my device. I administer a BES.

With my 8700 I could just go to messages>options>folder redirection.

Any ideas?

Try in Email Settings/Options for Folder Redirection. I recall this working on Torch 9800 on BES 4.1 SP7 but I haven't looked past a week before I went back to 9700.

Of note I cannot view BIS associated Folders on my 9780.
