Please help! I lock the keypad by holding down the A key. This, however, doesn't last and after a few seconds the lights come on again and keypad is now unlocked and the lights won't turn off. Please help, this is using up my battery... My phone is brand new, not even a week old.
The first troubleshooting step for weird problems is a hard reset. That is, with the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds. That will correct almost all software glitches.
Have you noticed any other keypad issues?
