The old BB is a 8870 and the new one is a BOLD.

Probably I should login as Administrator to the BES to do the installation. What do you think?

Great! Thanks a lot. That should do it but when I tried my Desktop Manager V4.3 had that "Cannot find system table file" error. So I will down grade the DM back to V4.2 as another thread suggested.
