Please help, problem with new OS

i downloaded the OS listed above in the sticky, then when it was finished my phone now has 2 messege icons stuck, and they cannot be removed. ANy help please.

I heared people only have the blackberry enabler and they can get free web browsing with the opera, and some other web browsing.

i just bought the media card and i put everything on there. But the vidoes are reacting slow, when i stop or play or forward or even higher the volume they all take a very long time like 20 seconds...

Under were its supposed to say tmobile my phone says Data connection refused:cry: does anyne please know why and for like 2 times a day my signal just goes away were its supposed to say EDGE nothing...
