Ringtones have to be downloaded using your browser on your 7100g. App's are installed using Desktop Manager. There are multiple threads on downloading ringtones.

After you view e-mails in Outlook and your BB does change then try Reconcile Now under Messages. This should arrange your messages to reflect Outlook.

Agree with dalgyrl. I use a HS850 with my 7100g and it's not very loud. Would not recommend it for a loud workplace.
