best way to allow an assistant to view her boss's Calendar

So from what I understand I can only have one calendar per user and it must be the calendar associated with that user's profile.

If i 'delete prior' when i have a folder open will it delete prior for all mail items or jsut mail items in that folder? What about the inbox?

Mail folders on the desktop?

I have use folders to organize my mail, is there anyway i can have a direct link to the folder on my desktop? Rather then having to go to options->view folders

Phone Book, Compose, and Saved Message icons are in greyscale

So the icons are in greyscale which isn't a huge deal from visial point of view, however in the phone book all the contact names are listed but their phone numbers are missing.
