I bout my 7230 on e-bay as well.. I wiped it clean and then upgraded to 4. No problems thankfully.. I would wipe it, downgrade it to 3.X and then upgrade it to 4

I am setup using BES. I can reply to all e-mails by way of my work (bes) server. I am having my g-mail forwarded to my blackberry's address (whatever t-mobile assigned to it) and that works...

Hi All,
I finally got my BB setup on my companies BES. When I get e-mail and read it (or delete it) it remains on outlook. Shouldnt deleting it on the BB also delete it in outlook?

Solution!

You have two options.. 1) turn the bb off.. cant track you if its not turned off.. 2) leave the bb on and turn the antrenna off.
