RIM have Two Relays one North america and one in Europe. Yor SRP will only be live on one of the relays so i'm guessing somebody installed the first instance and selected the wrong region.

it's probably not down to the CDO version in BES...

it's probably not down to the CDO version in BES V4. I would check the permissions on the Bes admin account mailbox. it cured a prvious issue i had like this.
