... seems i dont have that regkey :P

I do have a [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Manager]

So i hope that is also an option.

"Running" is fine. There is no such status as "Activated".
