We have a messaging environment running Exchange 2003 and BES 4.1.4.15.
Recently we setup Exchange 2010 and currently it is co-existing with Exchange 2003. All the blackberry users still have their mailboxes on the Exchange 2003 Server.

We also setup a new BES server running 5.0 which points to the Exchange 2010 CAS server.

My problem is that I am unable to get a existing blackberry user registered on the new BES server. These are the steps I'm taking. Delete the User on the BES 4 server, erase the device, transfer mailbox over to Exchange 2010, Add User in BB 5.0 and then try to activate over the air. Unfortunately, the activation process times out. If I add a new user (not an existing BB user) to the BES 5.0 server and activate, the activation completes successfully. I am just unable to activate existing users whose mailboxes have been transferred to Exchange 2010 through the new BES 5.0 server.
