I got my Pearl wet 2 weeks ago and let it dry for a while. When I put the battery in now it seems to boot normally. The home screen displays for about 30-45 seconds and I am able to view applications like contacts and calendar. As soon as it tries to acquire a signal, it reboots. The next time it comes up, it reboots immediately after displaying the home screen (not like the 30-40 second delay as in the first time). I've left it in this loop for 5 minutes or so, but never gets better.

Any thoughts? TIA!

Water damage try letting it dry longer! What was the liquid that got to your Pearl

2 weeks ago and it should be dry by now. If it is stil doing it, I would say it has suffered perm damage :(

How long was "for a while." If it was less than four or five days then it wasn't long enough. I suspect, as the poster above says, it's likely done.
