Arrow Im+

I downloaded the trial version and I was quite impressed with the UI and the feel of the program. Then I put my phone on "off" profile. I was quite surprised to here a loud "uh oh" emitting from my holster. It would seem that IM+ does not obey the rules of the "off" profile. Also, it disconnects non-stop. Anyone know if there are fixes to these 2 problems? I am also trying out Jive Talk, which is ok, but I like all the little extras on IM+. Any advice would be great!

I use IM+ you have to go into the settings then notification option in IM+ and set the notification volume to mute and the connection sound notification to disable. Then pop down to the sound notification and hit disable. From there you should be golden.

Will the audio work when my profile is back to "normal"?

Unfortunately, this is one of the shortfalls of IM+. I have had it for a couple of years now and have emailed them a few times to see if this could be integrated into the BB profiles. They seem real proud that it is not and that you have to set both, the BB profile and theirs. The current version is better than previous versions, but this is a pain to have to change it twice going into a meeting.

All I do is go into notifications and under the first box, I change the sound volume to "mute". I haven't had a problem with it since then.
