When I click reply to incoming emails, the cursor/prompt does not automatically set itself to reply. Instead it drops to the persons name I'm replying to in the original email. Is this normal? I have to manually use my trackball wheel and move the cursor to the top of the email to start typing.
doesnt sound like it, try this...remove battery for 15-20 seconds, restart device see if that corrects it. If not you may need to wipe handheld and reactivate.
