I've been having an issue with deleted sms messages and call logs disappearing, and so i read up on it and said there was a possibility that there was low space or memory on my phone could cause this, so I went to the desktop manager> application loader> and when loaded it says "The BlackBerry Desktop Software does not have BlackBerry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator."
I was trying to take some preloaded apps off my phone that i didnt use to free more memory on my curve...

So can anyone help to address this issue?
