For a brief period of time the 8830 page on the Telus website displayed a price of $199.

It was changed, however there are screenshots floating around the net with this price.

My questions is, because they advertised it, do they have to honour it?

Or are we stuck paying $299?

I have come across this issue before on websites with other items.

When I looked around there was a clause on the site stating that mistakes could be made and they would be changed as soon as the company was aware of them.

I don't think it was a mistake though, the price has jumped 3 times, all in what seemed deliberate actions.

Again, another issue with that...it wasn't available for order then...it gets released tomorrow.

So it's still not available.

Unless you have an Order Confirmation with a price, no one is obligated to honor advertised prices.
