So yesterday I got the HTML browser from Nextel as many did......Then today I notice I haven't recieved any emails.....not too strange somedays it happens. But I actually had emails sent to BWC, forwarded from my PC, but never sent to BB. I have recent service books, powered off and popped the battery on the BB...... I am lost.....

Another funny thing...I tried calling the BB and nothing, got please hold while we locate the Nextel subscriber you are calling, then got voicemail.....I then DC'd my BB and it worked then tried calling again and it worked.

Me think something fishy going on but can't find the stinking fish!

Im having the same problem. But my problem gets worse. Telenav causes my bb to crash. All i get is the nextel screen. I can make speed dial calls and check my VM but i can see my home screen. My caller ID works but after i pickup the call it goes right back to the nextel screen. Im going to restore my old setting and see what happens.

Ok i can now get emails but my icon is gone for the browser. Im not doing anything with Telenav until they get the bugs out.

i had the same problem. i had to call data support and they did some stuff on the back end to get mine working again

No pins, no emails no nothing.....

Thanks for the assists guys but this one has been stumped. The emails I send are just sitting on BWC.....weird stuff.

Call support and they had me delete the web client service book and they sent me a new one that never came. When I called back they said I needed teir two which had gone home.

The Saga continues.

Something else I noticed, the new HTML browser is not working.

that teir two leaving blows, when nextel rolls things like this they should have 24/7 coverage...with the money folks are paying, being without service is BS...

I understand I called Nextel 3 times today about my email not working. Ive tried everything. I went through everything the first time and waited......still waiting. The second time I called the tier 2 support person did not know we had a new browser out. She told me that the new icon was telenav. After all that still no email. The third time they were closed. For $45 dollars a month we should have alot more support than that.

The solution is to have tier 2 remove your BB plan from your account and re-add it. Do a master radio reset and register under options > Host Routing Table.

This will solve the issue.

My email is back up and running after 2 1/2 hrs on the phone with tech support. At this point I dont care about the new browser. I just wanted my email back.
