Default How to tell which version is latest?

Please Login to Remove!

I currently run 4.1.3.16 and I dunno if that means I installed the latest Hot Fix or not. The instrustions on their site advise me to go to Add/Remove and click support, which shows I am runnign 4.1.x.

So how do I know if I am running the latest or not????? I am also assuming I am running SP3 as my version is 4.1.3. Or am I wrong??

I am running 4.1.0.38. I know that I am running 4.1 with no service packs. I don't remember if I installed hotfixes when I built it out. I would have to dig through my old notes.

Start->Settings-Control Panel-> Add/Remove Programs

Find Blackberry Enterprise Server and click on Support.
Latest version I have seen published is 4.1.3 Hotfix 1 (bundle 43)

Maybe I need to reform what I am asking.

As I mentioned, I did the Add/Remove deal and clicked Support only to see 4.1.x as the version.

When I open the manager it is 4.1.3.16.

My questions are:

1. Does this mean I am running Service Pack 3?

2. Is this the latest version?

Blackberry support site only shows SP3 and HF1, but no real version as it appears to me. The solutions to use Add/Remove doesn't work for me so I must use the Manager to see my version which is 4.1.3.16.

the 3rd digit is the service pack level. for example I am on SP2 and my version says 4.1.2 (bundle47).

So I'm pretty sure you are on SP3, but not sure how you tell if you have hotfix 1 - my guess is that you don't.

I recently installed hot-fix1 on our BES, and it's showing as 4.1.3.16.
