Geesh, my pearl is not even 2 months old and I'm already getting lots of problem with it.

1. The assigned ringtone WOULD NOT CHANGE to another one. Like say it was song #1 before, but changed to song #2. Song #1 would STILL play. I have already checked to make sure it's saved. OMG!
2. My call log is messed up! Instead of showing a whole list of calls, it just shows ONE. So lets say I just call someone, it will only SLOW THAT and NOTHING ELSE. Everything disappears! Only 1 history is shown.
3. The CAP/NUM on the top right WOULD NOT GO away. Isn't clicking "alt" keymake it go away? It's so stubborn! It's making my phone all retarded with that CAP/NUM thing on! UGH!

I decided to format my phone, but is there a way to do that? And if anyone knows the solution to any of my problems, please help :( My phone is driving me insane!

Try a battery pull(pull the battery out for 15 sec. and then put it back in and see if it fixes your problems, I think it should fix the call log.

Yes, that is PROBABLY A GOOD IDEA, since many time, POPPING THE BATTERY out can FIX MANY PROBLEMS.

If that doesn't work, then your can WIPE OUT THE BLACKBERRY and reload the OS later using JL_CMDER which CAN BE FOUND by searching on these forums.
