I've just switched to a 7290 from an old nokia brick-phone (big leap). One feature i'm used to having on the nokia that doesn't seem to be there on the 7290 is the "missed calls" listing.

Is it there and i'm just blind?

In the phone application click track wheel, go to options scroll to call logging and click. You can have missed calls show in the message list. Once in the message list you can do a search for missed calls or just scroll the list.

You may be able to filter on missed calls too. I think there is a shortcut key to just view phone calls so you might want to search the forums.
