I found a plan in Amazon for $29.99, but it does not says if it is unlimited ?, but I think it should be for emails and Internet browsing (I will use Internet for Gtalk chat), thanks

Yes, you are right, but I have a Family Plan with Cingular, and I like the idea of unlimited calls between Cingular phones, most of my child's friends have Cingular, so, yes BB Plan is more expensive, but Voice Plan is more convenient

Are you referring to the plan via Amazon? TMO's is unlimited. You never mentioned which carrier it was that you found via Amazon so there's no telling. It probably is unlimited but there's no way to confirm this.
