Default Beta 4.0 problem

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone loaded an app using PM 4.0 beta then tried to uninstall it? It installs fine, but if you try to uninstall an app the whole computer freezes, the screen goes grey and it says "please restart computer" in a bunch of different languages. Anyone else had this problem?

Yep.
Also seen just connecting the device causes CPU load to go 100% and a *force* reboot required.
