Default policy.bin

Please Login to Remove!

i just followed 7100simpleisbetter s guide on how to remove my old it policy by substituting it with a new policy bin file, did everything per his instructions and turn off the blackberry and now it wont come back on, just the red light on the top flashing away, does anyone know whats happened here, would not have done this had i know this would happen, it wont connect to desktop manager , well it just wont come on at all

Default Have you tried removing the battery for 30 seconds?

Plug it into the wall charger, let it go for sometime. Ive seen this happen when content encryption is on and the device has been wiped.

are you trying to do it on a Vista machine???

I tried the same thing today and it produced the same result on Vista RC1. I moved to my XP box and all is well.
