I have a user on a Win98 machine running v4.0 of the Desktop Manager. She is trying to synch with Lotus Notes v6.5. After Desktop Manager gets through the emails and starts to synch the PIM, it comes up with the following GPF:

Desktopmgr
DESKTOPMGR caused an invalid page fault in module MSVCRT.DLL at 017f:78010622.

I did a little research and found that I could get a updated version of MSVCRT.DLL from MS, so I updated it, but still can't synch. This is the first time trying to synch with her laptop. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks.

I can only tell you that I think you should search for duplicate .dlls and maybe reregister the ones that are left after you clean up. Win98 had a bad habit of keeping dups everywhere, could be the prob, just a guess.
