I've been trying to set up my IMAP email account on my playbook with no success. I keep getting a big red X followed by the message "CertificateManager::parseGetCertDetailsPpsRespons e - PPS error: 21007". And that's it! How do I solve this? My internet provider says it not an issue on their end. My email account works fine on my BB Z-10. Playbook is up to date on updates.
