I have two playbooks. One is mine and the other is my daughter's. Suddenly today my daughter's won't connect. I get a message that says it can't access media.Message says" a problem occurred while attempting to connect to your blackberry device" Mine works fine and my other BB devices work fine (with same USB connection). my daughter's playbook does not even show up in computer under network locations where my other one shows up. I have never had this problem in the past. Both are using the same software version and settings are the same. Can anyone help?
