I am trying to connect my 9630 to Blackberry Desktop and it is asking me for a password. I've tried every password I know and it's not working. I'm up to the last try, after which all the data on my phone will be deleted, apparently. How can I get the correct password? thanks

It is the password that was set on the BlackBerry handset for password lock. A common error is people think they have used a number when in fact they typed a letter, or capital letter when it was really lower case, or vice versa.

If you cannot remember or type it in correctly, then the device will erase after the 10th failure. If you have no backup, then all data will be wiped and lost.
