my bb 9300 wont make or recieve calls and texts are delayed or wont send at all im on o2 and they say the network is fine this is my second 9300 i had same fault with the first one now the same is happening with this bb can any one help i have had the phone for 2 weeks work fine up untill today all settings are correct

What did you do just before this happened? Are you in an area with a strong o2 signal?

hi did nothing before just useing the phone as normal its my wifes phone signal is usually ok im on o2 and i am having no problems

hi called carrier they say its a fault with bb but seems strange to be happening twice what is a battery pull ?

You must be pretty dim if you cannot read what i have typed the only word shortened was blackberry so where is the text speak . I admit there was no punctuation, but never mind eh. I does not matter any more i dont need your help.

It could a bad battery, as my girlfriends had the same problem and we just replaced the and it works just fine and its been 4 mouths. We had to pay to replace the battery our selves because we bought the phone for 60 bucks used 2 weeks old. Do you have another battery you could try in the Blackberry?
