Hi

Does anyone out there use a site based call recording solution they can recommend? I work for a business that needs to record all calls made to/by blackberrys with the relevant CLI information, so they can go back and check calls (search by number) for regulatory compliance.

Ideally needs to be resilent if possible.

Are you looking at recording the actual contents of the calls or just number and time?
