hi guys newbie here plz bear with me!!
daughter dropped 9300 in bath and after a few days in the rice i got a jvm545 error message
ive managed to update the bb with desktop software and all seemed fine restarted phone and the terms and cons came up,
the scroll wont work to let me scroll down and accept em??
the other buttons are working and the keypad,
was told to hard reset using reset button but cant find that?
plzzz help me im desperate,thanks in advance rigger.

There is no reset "button". You could try removing the battery but the device could be fried.

thanks for the reply,i can see the screen working behind the terms and cons display battery life ect... cant be too much wrong??lol,i have to accept the t,s and c,s before i can access the phone,must be a way to overide,btw the battery sticker is white and the phones sticker is red!!
already tried pulling the battery ect a few times??
so ill thow it in the bin then,or it goes on sale for spares?
