Think i've changed some setting and now dont get messages, help tells me to turn off wireless sync, cant find the option on any menu, mucked about for two days now, still cant find the option:
On your BlackBerry® device, in the Calendar application, Contacts application, Tasks application, or MemoPad, press the Menu key > Options.
If necessary, click a calendar or contact list.
Change the Wireless Synchronization field to No or clear the Wireless Synchronization check box.
Press the Menu key > Save.

are you on a BES, and have you been playing in the service books menu, have you also checked out your BIS client login to see if your BIS is fully active?

ditto on what Calebrity said..sounds like some service books are missing. There should be one for each mail account(in addition to other misc ones)in options/advanced options/service books..(OS 5.x device)

its a curve 8520, software 5.0.0.681. only use one mail account, been working fine for the last 6 months, still cant find the option for wireless sync field, till i turn that off i cant even restore factory settings. service book has my full internet account for sync/cical/cmime then provisioning/5 click/twitter/wap2/orange/myspace etc etc.
