On Your PB home screen you will see a small icon (looks like two overlapping windows) right next to the Bluetooth symbol. Select it, and you will see a windows pop up. Orientation Lock with an ON/OFF toggle.

It looks like the OP is asking for programming code to do this, not how to toggle orientation lock as an end user.

yes ....how to do it through programming code ...i want my whole application to support orientation except some particular pages so i want to lock some particular page through programming code ....please help me

I don't have the answer. Your best bet will be to use the BlackBerry Developer Zone. The answer is likely there somewhere, or at least you can get in touch with someone that can give you the answer.
