Hello,

I've got that phone from a friend. He tried to update the software but unsuccessfully. Now the phones is just looping in reboot: wiping, than loading, than "Device Error 310".
The worst thing is that the phone cannot be connected to BBSAK or JL Commander or AppLoader.
Device manager shows BB phone, but only for few moments, than it reboots again and device disappears.

Device error 310 is a "bad load" error and you need to reload the OS.

You could try a battery pull and see if that does anything.

Pulling out the battery doesn't help. Handheld just continues too loop in booting.
Talking about AppLoader. It cannot connect to the phone in "Renew connection with JVM" phase. Drops a dialog box "Retry" and "Cancel". I did all according to the manual.
In AppLoader it sees USB-PIN223124. Tried flashing with and without battery.
It is my first experience with BB

Try removing the SD card.

Are you installing a BB 9000 OS? Are you following our instructions? Did you remove the vendor.xml file?

What do you mean "did all according to the manual"?
