how do i set up my e-mail if there's only enterprise activation on my email set up? i have subscribed to a BIS data plan but cannot access to my BBM etc because there's only enterprise activation, not the normal email set up.

why is that so? and how can i remove the enterprise activation?

You don't remove the Enterprise Activation screen. Just ignore it.

In OS 5 and prior, the BIS email setup icon you're looking for is in the 'Setup' folder.
It's called 'Email Setup' or 'Personal Email Setup' or something along those lines.

If you're running OS 6, then in the Setup folder is an option called 'Email Accounts'.
When you choose that, one of the options should be 'Internet Mail Account'

Have you received the service books from your carrier? How long ago did you subscribe to the BIS plan? Are you sure that your carrier set up the correct plan?
