Has anyone used this to update device software?

I feel I understand what I need to do with the Administration service to package this up. All documentation like the Blackberry Device Software 5.0.2 Update guide, Blackberry Web Desktop Manager features link, and BES Features and Technical overview says that you can update device software via web desktop manager. However, logging into the web desktop manager, I see no way to initiate the process.

RIM support has not been able to assist so far.

In the Web Admin Console, you should go to

"View resolved BlackBerry Device Software bundles"

for the particular user.

If it says "None defined" on top, the Bundle is either not matching your home carrier or you are already on the same version or some other problem.

I see that. However, I am not getting the web desktop to display the available bundles that are available in the Admin console and that our carrier supports. I'll keep digging.
