Hi, now my phone isnt charging but something is wrong too! When i plug in the charger to the blackberry, the thunderbolt over d energy bar just keeps flashing and the phone isnt charging. the battery isnt overheating or anything, jus d part where the sim card and memory card is a lil warm/hot. i tried using different ports in the house and dunno what to do. Someone please help me because i dont know what to do!!!

Could be that the battery is not making good contact with the charging prongs inside the BB. Try cleaning both the battery contacts and BB contacts with a pencil eraser (making sure to get all the eraser debris out).

You might also try putting a paper shim along the edge of the battery opposite the contacts. It might not be making a good connection due to a little slack.

Last resort is to head to a Sprint store and see if they have a spare battery to try. There's always a chance your battery itself if just plain dead.
