Currently have a customer on SBS 2003 with BES 4.1.4.15 installed a using a BB Bold 9700 with no problems.
He has recently purchased a BB Torch and wishes to swap over.

Can some body please confirm if the BB Torch will work OK on 4.1.4.15 BES ?

It will work, but you likely need to update the device.xml and vendor.xml first.
You also won't be able to take advantage of many of the devices features because BES is out of date. 4.1.4 doesn't even have HTML message support. That's enough of a reason to upgrade, IMO.
