Hello All,

Hope I am in the right place. I have a hosted BES. They recently changed thier spam filter software, and well, it just sucks. I have added several domains and addresses to the spam filter, but some are still getting through to my mailbox, though they are being forwarded to my Outlook Junk Email Folder. And then, it hits my BB. I called the Hosted BES company, and they had me uncheck the junk email folder from sync. I did that several days ago, but there has been no change, the email that hits the junk email folder still hits my BB.

Does anyone have a solution to this. I just want to keep the junk email folder from syncing with my BB.

the email is hitting your inbox, SPAM needs to be stopped before it hits the mail server. the hosting company needs to have a better way to stop spam.

we use a Barracuda 300 to stop it.
